Postharvest Quality Exploration of “Crystal” Grapes in Karst Mountainous Area: Regulatory Effect of High Concentration 1-MCP Fumigation

The comprehensive exploration and thorough understanding of the physicochemical characteristics “Crystal” grapes in Karst area Southwest China can not only produce edible table grapes, but also offer significant theoretical backing for management rocky desertification consequently generate enhanced social ecological benefits. This study explored regulatory effect 1-MCP fumigation on postharvest storage quality "Crystal” aiming to provide some technical support development grape industry mountainous areas. results indicate that compared with control group, both 10.0 50.0 μL/L treatment groups effectively inhibited increase decay rate, browning shedding color change significantly enhancement polyphenol oxidase (PPO), peroxidase (POD), lipoxygenases (LOX) browning-related enzyme activities, improved superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity fruits, hindered decrease ascorbic acid (AsA) polyphenols, delayed accumulation malondialdehyde (MDA) content, postponed peak period polygalacturonase (PG) fruits degradation protopectin soluble pectin, thereby maintaining desirable texture characteristics. utilization fruit yielded a heightened overall fragrance, facilitating emission terpenes, alcohols, aldehydes, ketone aromatic compounds, methyl substances within fruit. Overall, M10 M50 treatments are equally effective preserving grapes. Under condition ensuring excellent crystal M2 extend shelf life by about 5 days, 10~15 days. Considering cost, it is recommended employs concentration Simultaneously, this provides ecologically high-quality cultivated land Guizhou tree selection.
